Drive 2 Arrive Driving Instructor Responsibilities
Treat all learners with respect and dignity
Communicate openly and honestly in regards to your driving
Be on time wherever possible and give at least 24hrs notice of cancellation if unavoidable
Work in partnership to help you reach your driving goals
Maintain learner privacy and confidentiality
Maintain professional accreditations and insurances
Participate in continuing professional development
Responsibilities of the Learner
Abide by all road rules whenever driving
Carry physical or digital copy of licence or permit when attending lessons
Follow all directions of Driving Instructor unless you feel instruction is unsafe or unlawful
Take responsibility of learner vehicle, be liable for any damages or fines incurred
Treat Drive 2 Arrive Instructor with courtesy and respect
Communicate openly regarding any concerns with services received
Ensure payment of lesson prior to commencement
Keep Drive 2 Arrive informed of any change in circumstances which may affect your ability to complete lessons
Cancellation Policy
If a lesson is cancelled with short notice or there is a no show 100% of fee will be charged.
Short notice includes cancellation within 24hrs of lesson start time, and no show within 30 mins of lesson start time.
Drive 2 Arrive Driver Training will always attempt to give at least 24hrs notice of a cancellation, sometimes this may not be possible due to uncontrolled circumstances such as mechanical breakdown, inclement weather, traffic.
